Because of it's great location this apartment would suit people who want to explore the great night life, or the old town for traditional Spanish life as well as being suited to families with children, a great 'all rounder'
The apartment has recently been refurbished has a very large Master bedroom with lots of wardrobe space, a twin room (beds can be pushed together and extra double bedding is provided) a large lounge/diner with ENGLISH satellite TV as well as DVD and HiFi, a well fitted kitchen with all modern appliances inc microwave and dishwasher, the bathroom is fitted with a double sink, toilet, shower and bidet.

The apartment has heating throughout, during hot summer months a nice breeze is possible through the large windows. Aircon has been installed this year. The apartment is modern in style, clean and has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped for cooking (although we recommend you try the restaurants) everything you need will be there including 2 corkscrews, and a coolbox with ice packs for a picnic or laying on the golden sands of the beach.
Cots, High Chairs and Z-Beds can be hired by prior arrangment. The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival, clean linen and towels are provided for you. Please bring your own beach towels.

If you prefer to swin in a Pool rather than the sea, there are two very good pools close by:
-The Lancora Pool is english owned, has sunbeds and serves food
-Javea Tennis Club has a great pool with lifeguard service set in lawns and also serves food
Parking is a premium in Javea being so close to all the bars and restaurants. The apartment has designated gated parking for your car so you do not need to worry, all facilities including supermarkets are a short walk away. There are a small flight of stairs as the apartment is on the first floor, you may need a hand with pushchairs etc.
