Floridamar Apartment is located in a modern complex of houses and apartments and is just a 5 minute walk from the port area with its shops, bars and restaurants. This is the quieter area of Javea, but if you want more nightlife you can find it with a visit to the El Arenal area (just a 5 minute drive away). It is a safe and secure development with locked gates.
The apartment, which sleeps 6 comfortably, is on the ground floor, with its own private south facing patio garden. There is a well kept communal garden with large pool, jacuzzi and children's pool. An indoor pool, sauna and gym are also available in the winter.
The port has character and charm with a real Spanish atmosphere. It has many great shops, restaurants and pavement cafes overlooking the sea. The pebbly beach and Port are great places to watch the traditional fishermen land their catches or you can sit in a pavement cafe and watch the sailing boats setting off. Just a 5 minute drive will bring you to El Arenal beach which has a long sandy blue flag beach, backed by a promenade lined with palm trees
Javea Pueblo ( Old Town )
Javea pueblo (old town) is about 5 minutes drive away with its quaint houses, cobbled streets and squares. There is a very interesting old church in the main square. The weekly market on a Thursday morning is well worth a visit.
