Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service
Towels (not beach) and bed linen provided. Property cleaned and linen changed before arrival and on departure. Can be more frequent if required at extra cost.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning/heating in lounge and all 3 bedrooms. Very spacious and light apartment. Lots of space on terrace to relax. Very safe environment for children as all on ground floor and all entrances are securely gated. 5 minutes walk to patrolled sandy Arenal beach.

Accessibility

The shared gardens have a children's pool and a large swimming pool 20m x 12m approx. The private patio is approx 40 sq metres and has a dining table, 6 recliner chairs with cushions, 2 parasols and 3 sun loungers. There are chairs, mats and a parasol for the beach.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Arenal which is only 5 minutes walk away. It is a natural cove, very safe with fine white sand and has a children's playground and volleyball facilities.

Golf
There are 3 golf courses nearby at Javea (10 mins), Denia (15 mins) and Olivia (20 mins).

Distances
Javea old town is about a 10 minute drive away, where there are often fiestas. Javea Port, with many restaurants bars and shops, is 5 minutes by car, or if you are energetic a 30 minute walk, along the seafront. Denia is the nearest big town and is about a 20 minute drive.

Further details
There are many bars and restaurants nearby, both in the main street and lots more located on the beach. There are tennis facilities and go-karting within a 5 minute walk, and also a diving school if you want to go SCUBA diving. Most water sports can be enjoyed somewhere along Javea's coastline. There are also many shops and banks nearby, everything is very convenient and readily accessible.
