Apartment Carretera  is a well maintained and comfortable apartment on the first floor with a glazed balcony providing lovely views over the tennis courts and swimming pool complex to Mount Mongo. The apartment has a well proportioned kitchen with laundry facilities, wet room, spacious lounge/dining room and a large twin bedroom. The lounge/dining room has a double bed settee with hideaway single bed beneath and a dining table with 4 chairs. A television, video recorder and floor fan are provided.

The bedroom contains two single beds, ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. The kitchen is well proportioned with adequate storage. Electrical equipment includes a microwave, washing machine and kettle. Crockery and utensils for 5 people are provided.

The family bathroom has a washbasin, bath with shower over and a bidet. The balcony is glazed with sliding windows and door giving views across the tennis courts, swimming pool, bar, restaurant and supermarket to Mount Mongo.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom with twin beds, ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. Window with wooden blinds opens onto landing leading to the apartment entrance.

Bathrooms: Modern wet room with walk in shower, wash basin and bidet. Window opens to secluded area between this and adjacent apartment.

Kitchen: Modern well proportioned kitchen with ample storage. Window over sink gives views of villas in complex. Electrical equipment includes fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Crockery, utensils and cutlery for 6 persons included.

Living Rooms: Large lounge/dining room opens onto balcony through lockable sliding doors, contains a double bed settee, dining table with four chairs, TV, video recorder, cane rocking chair and drink cabinet. The shuttered rear window provides cooling breazes.

Other: Double bed settee provides sleeping for two in the lounge/dining room.

Additional Information: Towels and linen are included in the price and are replaced on vacation or weekly for longer stays. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned between lets. A gas heater and electric oil radiator are available for use in the cooler periods of the year.

Accessibility: The apartment is only accessed via an open staircase at the front of the property.

Outside: The glazed balcony has sliding windows and door with pleasant views over the tennis courts, swimming pool, bar, restaurant and supermarket to Mount Montgo through the fixed side window.

The balcony contains a double bed settee, table and four chairs. A pedestrian walk with grassed verges leads past the front of the apartment. There is an ornamental fountain a short walk up this pedestrian area.

Coast/Beach: Attractive cove 5 minutes walk from apartment. Arenal beach 10 minute bus ride from Toscamar with numerous bars/restaurants and shopping. Evening markets selling crafts of all kinds each day during the season.

Golf: La Sella Golf Courses is approx a 15 min drive.

Travel: Toscamar is the terminus for the bus that goes to the Arenal, port and town every half hour in the tourist season and hourly in the off season.
