Javea Villas, Villa Madrigal is a 5 bedroom stunning villa with private pool and gardens.
A stunning large villa with great outdoor space and air conditioning which is situated in a picturesque part of Javea. The villa has lovely views of the valley. There are restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive and the main beach and town centre of Javea can be reached within a 5 minute drive.
Accommodation
The property has a very large lounge with television and DVD player. A dining area has doors opening out onto terraces and the pool area. The room has many nice features such as beamed ceilings and Tosca arches.
The kitchen is equiped with fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine and gas hob.
On this level is the Master bedroom, a twin bedroom and family bathroom. On the lower level there are 3 twin bedrooms and single room. There is also a lounge area and kitchen and shower room. Extra beds can be put in the lounge area if required.
Outside Area
A 8x4 pool is surrounded by ample sun terracing with comfortable furniture and a BBQ area. There are large palms for shade and beautiful gardens with mature palm trees surround the villa. Outside there is ample parking for many cars.
