Outside the wonderful mature gardens offer shaded areas and beautifully kept palm trees and tropical plants with a good degree of seclusion. There is a very large open naya with dining table and built in barbecue and the pool measuring 10m x 5m is larger than average. All in all a villa that is difficult to fault at an exceptional price.
Location
The villa is situated on a private road with no through traffic, 4km's from Javea's Arenal beach and 3 km's in the other direction from Cumbre Del Sol's rocky beach. The neighbourhood is renowned for having some of the better properties Javea has on offer and benefits from a 24hr security patrol.
