Javea Villas, A Stunning 3 bedroom villa in a quiet secluded cul-de-sac location.

Accommodation

Light, spacious and modern with double height ceiling in the lounge and wide hallways with wheelchair friendly access.

The gardens are also beautiful with a very large pool terrace (featuring 10m x 5m pool with roman steps) and an outdoor barbecue area. Below the pool terrace is a well stocked garden with established shrubs and fruit trees looking onto a green area giving the illusion of a very rural setting.

The villa is accessed via pedestrian entry gate or electric driveway gate, with high walls surrounding the property. The driveway offers space for two vehicles and the impressive front porch leads into a hallway and the large open-plan living - dining room with very comfortable furnishings and double height ceilings.

The lounge offers television with a limited choice of satellite channels and DVD player. The lounge has double doors directly onto the pool terrace. There is a separate modern fully fitted kitchen off of the lounge with all extras which also provides a door onto the pool terrace.

The villa provides three good sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes, air conditioning ceiling fans and the master suite also provides a small dressing area and large en-suite. A second bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms.

Because the accommodation involved very few steps and wide corridors and large rooms it is ideal for someone requiring wheelchair access or with a disability.

Outside

Outside the wonderful mature gardens offer shaded areas and beautifully kept palm trees and tropical plants with a good degree of seclusion. There is a very large open naya with dining table and built in barbecue and the pool measuring 10m x 5m is larger than average. All in all a villa that is difficult to fault at an exceptional price.

Location

The villa is situated on a private road with no through traffic, 4km's from Javea's Arenal beach and 3 km's in the other direction from Cumbre Del Sol's rocky beach. The neighbourhood is renowned for having some of the better properties Javea has on offer and benefits from a 24hr security patrol.
