Villa Sol is a luxury 6 bedroom room villa, set in a quiet residential area of Javea. The villa has magnificent views of Montgo Mountain and sea views of Javea Bay. The property has been modernized to include all conveniences such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, DVD player with selection of DVDs supplied and cable TV. The property is furnished to a good standard.
From the hall are 2 doors, one leads to a studio apartment with a small kitchen, shower room and twin beds, plus sofa bed. The Second door from the hall leads to a one bedroom self contained apartment, with a kitchen, lounge/dining area, double bedroom and shower room.

Hall leads to the lounge/dining room with beamed ceiling and open fire place.
There is a large family kitchen with all mod cons.
From the hall are 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms.
Two twin bedrooms rooms with a family bathroom opposite with a double shower and corner bath.
Exterior
The garden is screened with walls and hedges for privacy. There is a 10x5 pool and B.B.Q area. The garden has many fruit trees and palms. The garden has lots of terraced areas plus grassed areas. To the front of the property there is ample parking. The villa has a large naya to the front with sea views.
Local Interests/Area
There are rocky coves and beaches close by and the main sandy beach Arenal is approximately 2 minutes drive away. The port and old town of Javea are well worth a visit. There are 2 golf courses in the area and a massive theme park approximately 40 minutes away, also worth a visit is the water park. The villa is located close to restaurants, supermarkets, tennis courts and Arenal Beach. All are 10 - 15 minutes' walk.
Clean fee - £90pw. Linen - £8/per person
The villa has central heating for winter lets and air conditioning (hot and cold). There is an extra charge of £70pw for use of air conditioning.
