There are two dining areas, one inside and the second on an open terrace under a naya which leads to a brick built BBQ and the pool terrace.

Outside there is private fenced pretty Spanish garden with an 10x5 pool and sun terrace with ample sun loungers and chairs for 8+ people. There is also shaded areas under the naya and palms.
There is parking to the front of the villa and garage.

The villa is close to all the main facilities in Javea, ideal large family or group villa. You can walk to the beach and bars within 5 minutes by car.
