Villa Sella has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and extra lounge with sofa bed. The Villa benefits from both air conditioning and heating in all rooms making it ideal for all year living. This villa is situated on the mountain side of the La Sella complex giving great views of the Montgo Mountain, La Sella golf course and distant sea views of Javea Arenal.
First floor
Lounge/Diner
There is a large open plan lounge and dining room. Lounge area has comfy sofas, surround sound TV (some English channels), video, DVD, HiFI, and Log burner. Patio doors overlook the Terrace area. The dining area seats 8+ people and over looks front gardens.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.
Second Lounge
From the hallway there is the second lounge with sofa bed and separate shower room.
First Floor
Bedroom 1
Master bedroom with super king-size bed, access to terrace, en suite bathroom and air-conditioning available.
Bedroom 2
King-size bed, balcony, en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning available.

The large master bedrooms both have sets of patio doors which lead to private roof terraces over looking wonderful views of Javea and Denia.

Additional Information
Air conditioning is optional at £50 per week.
The La Sella complex is a lovely mountainside resort with its own restaurants, bars, supermarket and chemist. There are horse riding stables and tennis courts for those who like to keep busy. La Sella golf course and the Marriott Spa are within a couple minutes drive. Javea Old town is a 10 minute drive, the Port 15 minutes with the Arenal being a 20 minute drive. Denia is within a 15 minute drive.
