Villa with 5 bedrooms for holiday and long term rental.
Accommodation is on two levels and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining room and kitchen. On the lower floor there is self contained 2 bedroom apartment. Naya dining area with mountain views.
The villa is on a flat plot, with TV, DVD, air conditioning and full central heating.
Large terrace and pool, very private garden with mature palms and pines.
Only 5 minutes drive to the beach and bars.
Long let contract possible 11 month / 2 years 1500euros per month plus bills. This is a great villa for 2 families to share or for a large family.
Paying for your accommodation
You must pay a deposit of a minimum of 30% (dependant on property) of the price of the accommodation with immediate effect. Failure to do so within 3 working days will result in your booking being cancelled. The balance of your accommodation price must be paid at least ten (10) weeks before departure. If you fail to pay within the full ten (10) weeks before departure, your accommodation will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. If you book within ten (10) weeks prior to departure this will be classed as a late booking and we must receive full payment immediately before we can confirm your booking. We reserve the right to re let the accommodation if payments are not made within the prescribed timescales.

Debit Card - no charge
Credit Card - charge of 3.8%
PayPal charge of 3.8%
Pound Sterling Cheque - no charge (please note we do not accept Euro cheques)
Bank Transfer in GBP (£) to Bank in UK or Euro (€) to Bank in Spain
NB: The client must accept all charge is respect of a Bank Transfer to ensure that The Company receives the full booking amount.
