Villas Javea, Luxury 3 bedroom villa with own pool

Set in a very peaceful location. In its own grounds with an attractive courtyard with stairway up to sun terrace which has stunning views all over Javea. South facing garden gets the sun from sunrise to sunset but there are also plenty of shaded areas to cool off, the 8x4m pool has lights for evening enjoyment we also have an outside kitchen with BBQ plus outside hot/cold shower.

There are landscaped gardens with plenty of parking space outside. We are only 20 minute walk from the well known Arenal beach in Javea, at the sandy safe cove there is plenty to do especially for children and there are plenty restaurants bars and shops. Also a leisurely 30 minute walk along the seafront you will find Javea Port which is a working port again there are more bars restaurant and shops here, also inland about 20 minute walk is the Old Town with its cobbled streets is well worth a visit.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has double bed en-suite, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has double bed fitted wardrobes and fan.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds fitted wardrobes, fan and large balcony.
We also have a travel cot.

Shower room with WC and wash basin.

Kitchen
Fully fitted with electric cooker, washing machine, microwave and fidge/freezer.

Exterior
There is plenty of outside seating, 2 tables, eight chairs, umberalla, five sun beds. It is appox 20 min walk to the beach and 5 mins by car. Javea beach is very safe, very good for young children, plenty of free climbing frames and slides, there is also boat trips, and jet skis ect to hire.
