A beautiful rustic style villa situated on the slopes of the Montgo Mountain with lovely views over orange groves, old town and the sea. Very quiet and private but within walking distance of Javea old town, which has many shops, an indoor market as well as a weekly market, many bars and restaurants. The main beach and port area are a 5-minute drive.
The air-conditioned villa has recently been modernised, re-decorated and is fully equipped inside and out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including Sky TV and wireless internet access. Outside there is parking for 3 cars, the gardens are very private and stocked with tropical plants and trees. There is ample terracing surrounding the heated pool as well as a roof top terrace with sun loungers all with pleasant views.
