Eagle's Nest is high on a wooded hillside in a quiet location with superb 180 degree views over the valley and bay of JAVEA. The villa comprises the Tower suite, Bali suite, Marrakesh suite, Juliet bedroom with balcony and two other bedrooms which are children's rooms with bunk beds. four bathrooms and a separate toilet. A large secluded sun deck with beautiful views over the valley and a 10 x 4.5 metre private swimming pool. The villa has an open plan living area with large windows opening onto the sun deck, outdoor eating area. There is a snug lounge with fireplace under the tower for spring and autumn evenings. Newly fitted open plan kitchen with easy access for eating inside or out. The villa is comfortably furnished and has sat. t.v. and is ideal for a quiet relaxed holiday in a rural setting yet close to all facilities when required. The sandy beach, town and port of JAVEA, are within a short driving distance.

Car: Necessary

The villa is situated high on pine wooded slopes on the southern side of the beautiful valley of Javea. Access is by asphalted road, which winds its way up through wooded hillside. The location provides breathtaking 180-degree views over the valley of Javea spread out below with the bay of Javea giving stunning sea views as well. The shops, restaurants, beaches and all that Javea has to offer are just a short drive away.

Sunbeds and garden chairs provided together with outdoor seating and large table for al fresco meals. Two hammocks allow relaxation 'away from it all' to read that book you bought in the airport! There are many woodland walks in the vicinity, giving shaded, pine scented access to the local area.

Bicycle available on special request against security payment. The villa is known as 'The Eagles' nest' and a pair of eagles can often be seen wheeling in the sky above the villa. Windsurfer available against deposit to experienced windsurfers, your car must have the facility to carry the board and mast securely.

Ideal for groups and for two or three families

This property is ideal for groups of Golfers, divers, walkers etc. It is comfortably furnished with lots of areas for relaxation after a day out. For Golfers it is within an hours drive of atleast six top golf courses. El Saler, La Sella, Oliva Nova to quote three. For divers there are a number of fully qualified Padi diving clubs and schools and the coast is wonderful for diving experiences and exploration. For walkers the hills and mountains just inland from Javea offer literally hundreds of walking and hiking experiences in one of the most beautiful areas of the Mediterranean coast. And Finally for those families that like to go on holiday together the villa offers sleeping accomodation for 12 comfortably with many relaxation areas where adults and children can enjoy their time together. The sundeck is large and well furnished with seating, sunbeds and with hammocks in the wooded areas. The swimming pool is large and easily able to take the whole group to cool off play and swim.
The villa is well equipped with two televisions, dvd player, satellite television, hi fi system, ceiling fans and free standing fans. There are also games and equipment and pool inflatables etc.
