Villas Javea, Beautiful 5 Bedroom Accommodation In Javea
Luxury villa with sea views: An excellent villa for families or large groups with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large villa to accommodate 12. This property is very spacious with a large kitchen, lounge with British TV and free wifi it has an excellent outside area to relax by the pool or enjoy the barbecue area. The large pool can be heated through the winter period on request. book now for 2011 and pay 2010 prices.
Changeover day:
Changeover days are saturday but for a 1 off payment of £50 this can be changed. The villa will be available for you at 4pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.
Notes on accommodation:
3 bedrooms have air conditioning, the rest have ceiling fans and also pedestal fans can be supplied on request. Cots, highchairs etc can be hired.
Accessibility:
A small number of shallow steps lead to the villa, the living area is all on 1 level and also 3 bedrooms. The pool and BBQ area has 3 steps leading to it these have a hand rail.
Outside:
The outside area is large with a BBQ and plenty of seating area there are also sunbeds to accommodate 10. The pool is a large 10m x 5m with Roman steps leading in.
Coast/Beach:
The main Arenal beach is a short stroll away, all amenities are in this area, bars restaurants and shops etc. Other coves are in the area, but need a car to reach these are only 10- 15 minute drives.
Golf:
Club de Golf La Sella is 15 minutes away this is a 18-hole course.
Club de Golf Javea is a 10 minute drive away this is a 9-hole course.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided.
