Holiday rental villa on the Costa Blanca in Spain with private swimming pool for up to 4 people .
Villa situated in a hilly area with marvelous views of the valley and the mountain Montgó near Javea. The house is tastefully decorated and while dining in the conservatory, you can enjoy the fantastic views of the surroundings. On the poollevel you will also find a large covered terrace with a diningtable and a constructed barbecue which makes this area perfect for al fresco dining in the summer.

The indicated rental prices include:
Change of bed linen and towels once a week (as of 2 week rentals). For rentals with monthly pricing (winter rentals) a change of bed linen and towels is possible at extra charge.
The holiday homes are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.
During summer the fixed changeover day is Saturday.
Check-in as of 16:00 hours, Check-out before 09:30 hours.
Note : Fixed arrival and departure dates are all on Saturdays 21st August 2010 , Saturday 25th June 2011, Saturday 2nd July 2011, Saturday 9th July 2011, Saturday 16th July 2011, Saturday 23rd July 2011, Saturday 30th July 2011.
