New villa situated in the foothills of the Montgó mountain in Javea. The house has a beautifully maintained, large garden with lawn and offers great views of the rocky massif. The ground floor consists of a spacious apartment with direct access to the terrace with swimming pool. The large terrace upstairs is available, but the upper floor will remain closed and uninhabited during rentals. The villa offers a lot of tranquility and privacy.

The Indicated rental prices include:

Change of bed linen and towels once a week (as of 2 week rentals). For rentals with monthly pricing (winter rentals) a change of bed linen and towels is possible at extra charge.

Obligatory Extras:

• Heating 50,00 € per Week 
• Obligatory end cleaning 155,00 € per Booking
• Sending and receiving mail, telephone, fax and email service.
• Extra bed linen and towels € 15 per person.
• Extra cleaning € 15 per hour/cleaning lady.
• Laundry service (prices on request).
• Cooking service (on request), approximately € 35 per hour.
• Babysitting service (on request) € 20 per hour.

Optional Extras:

• Baby bed (Cot) 45,00 € per Booking
• Extra bed 7,50 % of Rental
• Fan 17,50 € per Week
• High chair 25,00 € per Booking
• Playpen 25,00 € per Booking

• Debit Card - no charge
• Credit Card - charge of 3.8%
• PayPal charge of 3.8%
• Pound Sterling Cheque - no please note we do not accept Euro cheques)
• Bank Transfer in GBP (£) to Bank in UK or Euro (€) to Bank in Spain
• NB: The client must accept all charge is respect of a Bank Transfer to ensure that The Company receives the full booking amount.

During summer the fixed changeover day is Saturday.
Check-in as of 16:00 hours, Check-out before 09:30 hours.
