Luxury villa in Javea, situated in a wooded area with fantastic views accross the sea, the bay of Javea and the Montgó mountain. It is situated at approx. 200 m from a protected nature reserve. The house consists of a very spacious outside kitchen with barbecue which has direct access to the swimmingpool terrace. Only the lower part of the villa is rented out. In this case the upper level will remain closed and uninhabited.
