Villas Javea, 9 Bedroom Luxury Accommodation 

Beautifully renovated country house in Spain on two floors, situated on a large plot just outside Javea, which can be easily reached within 10 minutes by car. It offers a lot of privacy and tranquility and has a tenniscourt (paddle) and basketball court on the grounds. The caretaker is available on site for all your wishes, but will make sure you have your complete privacy if so desired. The villa has a large outside kitchen for cooking paella or barbecues, but the inside kitchen has a limited capacity.

The indicated rental prices include:
Change of bed linen and towels once a week (as of 2 week rentals). For rentals with monthly pricing (winter rentals) a change of bed linen and towels is possible at extra charge.

 

Obligatory Costs

• Energy Costs (H) 70,00 € per Week
• Obligatory end cleaning 350,00 € per Booking

Optional Services/Extras:

• Sending and receiving mail, telephone, fax and email service.
• Extra bed linen and towels € 15 per person.
• Extra cleaning € 15 per hour/cleaning lady.
• Laundry service (prices on request).
• Cooking service (on request), approximately € 35 per hour.
• Babysitting service (on request) € 20 per hour.
• An extra fee per pet will be charged when bringing your pet. (only with prior consent and for accommodations allowing pets)
• The use of the usb-stick-modem is not always in all rental accommodations possible (due to signal reception) for more information please contact your bookingsagent. In the rental price of the Prepaid-modem is € 10,- credit included.
• The holiday homes are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.

• Debit Card - no charge
• Credit Card - charge of 3.8%
• PayPal charge of 3.8%
• Pound Sterling Cheque - no please note we do not accept Euro cheques)
• Bank Transfer in GBP (£) to Bank in UK or Euro (€) to Bank in Spain 10,- credit included.
• The holiday homes are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.

• NB: The client must accept all charge is respect of a Bank Transfer to ensure that The Company receives the full booking amount. 

The standard equipment of our holiday homes include:
Interior: refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, (electric) water boiler, ironing board and iron, hand-held blender.
Exterior: garden furniture, sun beds (may not be available for apartments and townhouses).

 

Please Note that Fixed arrival and departure date are Saturdays all in July 2010, Saturday 4th and 11th September 2010, Saturdays June and July 2011.

During Summer the fixed changeover day is Saturday.
Check-in as of 16:00 hours, Check-out before 09:30 hours.
