• Covered terrace with seating and open fireplace.
• Outdoor kitchen with cooker, oven and refrigerator.
• Spacious terrace with pool and beautiful sea view.
• Outdoor sanitary area with shower, toilet and warm water
• Various, partially covered terraces.
• Completely fenced plot with lawn and palm trees.
• Black cat living on the grounds (food provided).
• Closed parking for 2 cars.

• The holiday homes are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.

• NB: The client must accept all charge is respect of a Bank Transfer to ensure that The Company receives the full booking amount. 

The holiday homes are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.

The standard equipment of our holiday homes include:
Interior: refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, (electric) water boiler, ironing board and iron, hand-held blender.
Exterior: garden furniture, sun beds (may not be available for apartments and townhouses).

During summer the fixed changeover day is Saturday.
Check-in as of 16:00 hours, Check-out before 09:30 hours.
