Javea Holiday rental villa on the Costa Blanca in Spain for 8 to 9 people
Villa with wonderful views, situated in very quiet residential area in the foothills of the Montgó mountain of Javea. This property is divided into a main house and a smaller, seperate, guest house so would be perfect for two families. The location is very private and tranquil and from the terraces you have beautiful views over the valley and it's surroundings.

The holiday homes are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.
The standard equipment of our holiday homes include:
Interior: refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, (electric) water boiler, ironing board and iron, hand-held blender.
Exterior: garden furniture, sun beds (may not be available for apartments and townhouses).
During summer the fixed changeover day is Saturday.
Check-in as of 16:00 hours, Check-out before 09:30 hours.
A damage deposit is payable upon arrival. The amount depends on the type and size of the accommodation and is indicated on the rental contract.
Please Note that Fixed arrival and departure dates are Saturday 26th JUNE2010, ALL SATURDAYS IN JULY 2010, Saturday 25th JUNE 2011, ALL SATURDAYS IN JULY 2011.
