Nice, rustic holiday villa in Javea, recently refurbished and at only 8 minutes walk from the sandy beach 'El Arenal'.

The house is situated on a large plot which covers 5sqkm2 and offers a lot of privacy. There is plenty of entertainment supplied by way of two mini-soccer goals, basketball hoop, table tennis and darts.

The spacious, lawned garden with it's large pool is perfect for children with the two constructed barbecue areas in place, an enjoyable time can be had by all. The kitchen is ideal for large families because of the two hobs and complete equipment.
