This is a villa that is very well contained, located in a residential area of Jávea  built around the '70s. The area is very quiet and pleasant.

The space is well utilised and the plot features a large green garden around the house, the floor is paved with natural stone and ceramic tile.

Adjacent to the pool is a garden table and deck chairs this area also functions as the main entrance of the house through the naya.

The house inside is very comfortable and spacious and has a warm touch to the decor, giving the impression of being at home, whilst enjoying a wonderful holiday.
