Villa Andrew is located in quiet residential area in an elevated position overlooking Mount Montgo and the Mediterranean. It is a short drive to the towns of Javea and Denia with their beautiful sandy beaches, international cuisine and wonderful shopping. There is even little railway that runs from Gata de Gorgos along the beautiful Coast line of the Costa Blanca. The villa has spacious rooms. The ground floor has a large lounge with dining area, a fully fitted kitchen including an American fridge and dishwasher and a utility room with automatic washing machine. The bedrooms are on 2 floors with the master bedroom on the top floor with private balcony and magnificent views. The location is ideal for exploring the area or just lazing the days away enjoying the sun with your own private swimming pool, sun terraces with covered naya.

Satellite TV offering BBC and ITV & Spanish TV plus a number of SKY channels. Dining table and six chairs. Two large three seater sofas.

Changeover day is Saturday during July/August. This is flexible at all other times. The villa must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Incoming guests have access from 2.00pm.
