Villa Maisie is located in quiet residential area in an elevated position overlooking Mount Montgo and the Mediterranean.

 

It is a short drive to the towns of Javea and Denia with their beautiful sandy beaches, international cuisine and wonderful shopping. There is even little railway that runs from Gata de Gorgos along the beautiful Coast line of the Costa Blanca.

 

The villa has spacious rooms. The ground floor has a large lounge with dining area, a fully fitted kitchen including an American fridge and dishwasher and a utility room with automatic washing machine.

 

The bedrooms are on 2 floors with the master bedroom on the top floor with private balcony and magnificent views.

 

The location is ideal for exploring the area or just lazing the days away enjoying the sun with your own private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun terraces with covered naya.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has a King size (6ft) bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds Bedroom 3 has three single beds. All bedrooms have televisions with a full range of channels. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

 

Bathrooms
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, double vanity unit and separate shower. Separate WC and bidet. Second bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and separate WC. Downstairs is a 3rd bathroom with shower WC and washbasin.

 

Kitchen
Cooker, hob, American fridge freezer plus an additional fridge for drinks, microwave and automatic washing machine.

 

Living Area
Satellite TV offering BBC and ITV & Spanish TV plus a number of SKY channels. DVD player. Dining table and six chairs. Two large three seater sofas.

Exterior

8m x 4m private pool. Villa Maisies swimming pool can have the heating turned on if requested. There is a charge of 195 euros per week for this optional extra. However the use of the Jacuzzi is included in the price.

 

Outside patio table and chairs, sun beds, BBQ, secluded terrace off master bedroom, sunbathing terraces beside pool, with and enclosed terrace 'naya' off sitting room, gardens with assorted palms and shrubs.
